Prof. Peter Anyang' Nyong'o KENYA is the Minister of Planning and National Development in the Republic of Kenya. Prof. Nyong'o was an Opposition Parliamentarian in his country during 1992 - 2002 and has been elected to the Parliamentarian from the Ruling Party for the tenure of 2003-2007. An Associate Professor of Political Science and International Relations, Prof. Nyong'o has a Doctorate degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago. His PH.D dissertation on 'q-he articulation of modes of production: the political economy of coffee production in the ivory Coast, 1843-1975" is being revised for publication under the titte "Capitalism and Peasant Agriculture in the ivory Coast". Married with Four (4) grown up children, Prof. Nyong'o has held a number of Teaching and Research positions both in Africa and other parts of the World.
