(CRIENGLISH.com) The tourism industry on the Yangtze River is set to pick up as four provinces located at the middle and low reaches of River team up to tap the tourism potential of China's biggest river.
Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui and Jiangsu have signed a joint declaration to attract more world travellers to the Yangtze.
The declaration stipulates that the four provinces will boost publicity, improve service quality and enhance capability to deal with emergencies.
The tourism departments of the four provinces expect to forge the Yangtze River into a world tourism brand name, in three to five years.
