Since 2018, a number ofexcellent historical buildings in Wuhanhave been transformed into themeapartments. In the bustling downtownarea, they offer their tenants a spaceto enjoy a retro lifestyle.

2018年起，一批武汉优秀历史建筑被包装成怀旧式的精品主题公寓。在繁华的城中心，给年轻租户们开辟出一片空间，让热爱复古风格的他们将生活过成了“老时光”。

Three years ago, Generation-ZLuo Huchu came to Wuhan to dealin vintage clothing and bags. After along search, he finally found aFranco-style apartment in the formerRussian Chamber of Commerce onLanling Road and settled down. "Itsstyle matches with the character ofmy business. It's just what I want."

三年前，95后罗虎初来到武汉经营中古服饰和包包。在经过许久的寻找之后，终于在兰陵路原俄商会旧址老建筑里找到了一间弗朗明戈风格的公寓，安定下来。“房子的风格和我们这一行的调性很一致，是我要的感觉。”

Liu Xing, another old buildingdevotee, is a "traveler" in the themeapartments. She has been passingthrough different themed apartments onLanling Road for more than three yearssuch as "time machine to childhood,""sculptor," and "equestrian."

90后的刘星则是主题公寓里的“旅行者”。她在兰陵路这些主题公寓里租住了三年多，先后在“童年时光机”、“雕塑家”、“马术师”等主题房租住。

These apartments are popularbecause of their creative design andtheir location in the historical culturalarea. The tenants come from differentindustries. They are sellers, anchors,designers, photographers, and executives.However, they share a commonthing — being partial to old buildings.

这些主题公寓设计有创意，又置身于汉口历史文化风貌区，深受年轻人的欢迎。“租客里，有卖家、主播、设计师、摄影师和公司出差武汉的高管等，大部分人都对老建筑有着不一样的情怀。”
