First Digital Shanhaijing Wonderland to open | 全国首家数字山海经奇幻乐园将开幕

The Investment and Signing Ceremony of Central China National Digital Publishing Base took place on March 29 where the project of Shanhaijing Wonderland caught the spotlight: Wuhan Cultural Investment Development Group and Scenery Culture Co., Ltd. have jointly invested RMB 150 million to build China's first Chinese-myth-themed immersive digital park in Wuhan. It is expected to open in October.

在3月29日举行的华中国家数字出版基地招商签约大会上，“数字山海经奇幻乐园”项目一经亮相就引起了全场关注。该项目由武汉文投集团联合山水盛典公司共同投资1.5亿元打造，是全国首家以“华夏神话体系”为主题的沉浸式数字演艺IP，计划今年10月在汉开幕。

According to Mei Shuaiyuan, head of Scenery Culture Co., Ltd, the planned area of the park is 5,600 square meters. By adopting advanced digital technologies, an indoor theater integrated with the surrounding urban blocks will offer visitors an immersive experience and enliven the traditional Chinese culture.

山水盛典公司负责人梅帅元介绍，“数字山海经奇幻乐园”首期整体规划面积5600平方米，采用高科技数字技术，通过室内剧场和街区空间的结合，实现沉浸式的体验效果，让中华优秀传统文化活起来。

When put into operation, it is estimated that up to 350,000 visits will be made each year, making the park a new cultural landmark of the city. Shanhaijing, also known as Classic of Mountains and Seas, is a Chinese classic text and a compilation of mythic geography and beasts.

据介绍，数字山海经奇幻乐园”建成运营后，预计年度客流量达35万人次，有望打造成为武汉全新的城市文旅地标。《山海经》是中国经典古籍，是神话地理与野兽的汇编。
