Wuhan and Manchester sign hydrogen energy co-op memo | 武汉与友城曼彻斯特签署氢能合作备忘录

The UK-China HydrogenEnergy Cooperation Forum wasopened simultaneously in Wuhan,China and Manchester, UK on April28. A hydrogen energy industrialexchange and cooperationmemorandum was signed at theconference.

4月28日，中英氢能合作论坛在武汉市和英国曼彻斯特市同时举行，论坛上，两市签署氢能产业交流合作备忘录。

The memo proposes that bothsides should encourage and develophydrogen energy-related academicand commercial cooperation andprovide convenience for bothparties' participants in hydrogenenergy industrial cooperation. Thiswill be accomplished by exchanginginformation, making regular visits or"cloud exchange," participating ineach other's key projects,dispatching people to attend theother side's activities, jointlyconducting hydrogen energy projects,jointly implementing projectassessments, and sharingexperiences.

备忘录提出，双方将鼓励和发展在氢能相关学术和商业领域的合作，为双方氢能产业合作相关各方相互提供便利。双方将通过交换信息、定期互访或“云交流”、参与对方重点项目、派遣人员参加对方活动、共同开展氢能项目、共同实施项目评估和经验分享等方式实现合作。
